Are your tours really private?

Yes. Every Santiago Around experience is 100% private: only your group, at your own pace, with no shared vans and no fixed schedules. There is no minimum or maximum group size, so we work equally well with solo travelers, couples, families and large groups.

How much does a private tour cost?

Because every experience is designed around you, we do not publish fixed prices. The cost depends on the activity you choose, the size of your group, the duration, the season and any extras such as lunch or special equipment. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send you a personalized quote.

What is included?

Every tour includes a private local guide and private transportation. Depending on the activity, we also provide all necessary equipment, such as e-bikes, ski or snowboard gear, surf boards and wetsuits, sailing safety gear, riding helmets, trekking poles or golf clubs. Meals, entrance fees and other extras vary by tour and are described on each tour page.

Where do you pick us up?

Pickup is flexible and personalized: from your hotel, apartment, the airport or any other address in Santiago.

Which languages do your guides speak?

Our guides speak English, Portuguese and Spanish. If you need another language, let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.

Are your tours suitable for children and families?

Yes. There is no minimum age and we regularly host family tours. We adapt the route, pace and activities to everyone in your group.

What is your cancellation and change policy?

It depends on the tour and the size of your group. As a general rule, a booking can be modified up to 48 hours in advance; after that, the cost of the tour is charged. We will confirm the exact terms in your quote.

How do I book?

What is the best time of year for each experience?

Skiing and snow activities such as Valle Nevado, Portillo and heli-skiing are best in the Chilean winter, roughly June to September, depending on snowfall. Coastal experiences such as sailing and surfing shine in summer, from December to March. Wine tours, city tours and Andes day trips work all year round.
